Chachapoya Consulting focuses on delivering strategic guidance to organizations looking to embark on the journey from a traditional on-premise Human Capital Management platform to the cloud. No longer a trend the cloud is real and it is here today for all enterprise types from a few hundred employees to the Fortune 50 organizations.
Born from a background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) based HCM platforms and then early adoption within the cloud development, Chachapoya Consulting understands both sides of the equation. The investment made in the legacy platforms to customize for “unique” business requirements to significant integrations across those platforms to move data between distinct data models to the cloud model of simplification and user experience.
