In lieu of a holiday party this year, the CNI Corporate Finance Department participated in Random Acts of Christmas Kindness (RACK). Employees were encouraged to show kindness to strangers, friends, and co-workers. Acts of kindness didn’t need to be extravagant or expensive but could be as simple as holding a door. They bought food for a homeless individual, took food to a neighbor post-op, left snacks for their delivery drivers, paid for a needed prescription, sent a card to a friend, let someone cut in line, and helped a family member enroll in benefits with their new job, among many other small but meaningful acts of kindness. Collectively the department “racked up” well over 300 acts of kindness between November 19 and December 25 and kept count in this jar that displays CNI’s Core Values. One of CNI's core values is Service and RACK truly exemplifies CNI's commitment to this value.

Celebrating Leadership Growth! We are proud to announce that 19 of our incredible employees have successfully completed the Stagen Leadership Academy Foundational Leadership Program (FLP)! Over 12 weeks, they engaged in transformative learning, starting and ending with full-day in-person workshops while leveraging Stagen’s cutting-edge curriculum and technology to elevate individual and team performance.
