She has dedicated much of her career to creating safe, welcoming environments for children and youth, and her expertise in engaging neurodivergent kids and teens will be invaluable to our mission. ✨ Victor Sims, Senior Associate at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, is a proven leader in the field of foster care reform. With his experience in driving innovative initiatives that improve stability and outcomes for children in care, as well as advocating for permanency planning at the national level, we are excited to have Victor's wealth of knowledge and passion on our Board. Together, Kim and Victor bring a wealth of expertise and a shared commitment to improving the lives of children and families. We look forward to the continued impact they will help us create.
