Garland-based Micropac Industries Inc and Teledyne Technologies Incorporated Technologies jointly announced on November 4, 2024, an agreement to merge Micropac with Teledyne. The all-cash transaction values Micropac at approximately $57.3 million. 🎉 Patriot Pickle, Announces the Grand Opening of a New, State-of-the-Art Production Facility in City of Garland at 751 S. International Road! 🎉 Patriot Pickle is one of the largest manufacturers and distributers of fresh pickles and fermented foods. The new facility, which Patriot built over the course of the last nine months, will create up to an estimated #75 jobs and more than triple the company’s production capacity! The Garland location also expand Patriot’s geographic reach, enabling the company to deliver fresh, “farm to package” pickles in five days or less across the United States. “Patriot Pickle has been a tremendous partner and we’re proud to have worked closely with them on this opportunity,” said Justin Reyna, Managing Director at H.I.G.
