As we reflect on 2024, it is with immense gratitude and pride that we look back on the many wins at Your Behavioral Health. Thanks to the dedication and hard work of each of you, we have made significant strides in our mission to create change— increasing access to exceptional behavioral healthcare by upholding our values of people, excellence, purposeful change, innovation, and integrity.   Over the past year, Neuro Wellness Spa reached significant milestones, including the successful growth of clinics in Long Beach, Marina del Rey, Encino as well as the launch of two new clinics in Pasadena and Brea. We are especially proud to have launched our newest service, talk therapy, which complements our established treatments of TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) and medication management to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive, personalized care. In addition, we welcomed our inaugural cohort of Clinic Managers and three distinguished new Medical Directors—Dr. Haiyan Wang MD, Dr. Jahanzeb Khan, & Dr. Francis Shih—whose exceptional leadership and expertise have already made a profound impact on the growth and success of our mission.    At Clear Behavioral Health, we celebrated the acquisition of seven Insight locations to our network of facilities.  Following extensive remodeling and rebranding, we reopened these facilities to serve both teen and adult clients, expanding our presence into the San Gabriel, Santa Clarita, & San Fernando Valleys.  We also celebrated the launch of our state-of-the-art, 20-bed SUD/Detox campus in Gardena, introduced our second mental health residential facility in Torrance, and rolled out two new virtual tracks to enhance access to care for all Californians.   New Life House celebrated over 35 successful graduations, opened a new music studio at New Life West, and added talented team members including Mac Morrill, John Twomey, & Colby, who use their passion to drive positive change. The New Life House community also celebrated team milestones. From reducing open beds to ensuring more young men have access to care, to supporting alumni who have gone on to get engaged, married, and start families of their own — it’s been a year full of powerful reminders of why this work matters.   As we approach 2025, we are more inspired than ever by our collective potential at Your Behavioral Health. Together, we will continue building on this year’s accomplishments, striving to provide compassionate, life-changing care across the full continuum of services.   To every member of the YBH family, thank you for your tireless dedication and exceptional contributions throughout 2024. Here’s to a bright and successful 2025 filled with growth, opportunity, and success. May you enjoy a joyful holiday season with your loved ones.   Warmest wishes for a happy and healthy new year! Michael Joly, CEO & Dr. Martha B. Koo, M.D., LFAPA, FASAM, FCTMSS, CMO
