AmeriCorps is honored to partner with Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry PennSERVE in this initiative to enable passionate young adults to tackle urgent climate needs. AmeriCorps CEO Michael D. Smith joined our nation’s leaders to announce the new funding from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) , which will help PowerCorpsPHL and Landforce expand urban forestry and wood waste reduction through national service and provide career pathways.
