We kicked off the event yesterday with an awesome ride and lift at Barry's bootcamp West Hollywood with an event hosted by Xplor Technologies. The panelists were dropping 💎’s: 💪 community starting with the studio experience and coach/instructors (we agree Devin Lebrun). 🌸 the modern woman is constantly evolving as we continue to innovate around women’s health and the ⬆️ in women driving consumer spending. 🧘data is more abundant than ever before and now we must continue emphasis on actionable insights And yes, a LOT of AI innovations with a plethora of applications ranging from AI-enhanced recovery to predictive health insights. One of my favorite parts about the health and fitness industry is the authentic relationships built between colleagues. I have know Crystal Wheeler for over 10 years and I’ve never seen her without a smile on her face. This month at Coach360 we are theming on “The Business of Coaching”, and the topic that comes up time and time again is client/member retention. We recently collabed with partner and industry experts, American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) to explore the strategies that the most successful pros and coaches use to create thriving business through deeper client connection. The biggest takeaways were: 💪 Our jobs as pros extend beyond programming, with behavior change playing a critical role in the success of the coach/client relationship dynamic 📱Communication is key! Coaches should clearly outline their services and program outline, and clearly identify client expectations. Identify the designated communication channels and response times to manage expectations and set clear boundaries. 🏋️♂️ Keep the programming fresh to avoid physical and mental plateaus. I’m a bit late to the party on the CES recap 😅, so I turned to my industry friend, SweatWorks CEO Founder, Mohammed Iqbal, to give Coach360 readers the scoop. Mo emphasized four important things at the intersection of technology and health that he believes will guide the future of fit technology in 2025+ 🤖AI and how it’s changing productivity for the fit pro and how it’s being leveraged for everything from user acquisition to client interaction 🩺Consumer Health: consumers have access to medical-grade monitoring tools. How are we leveraging this data as an industry? ⌚️Wearable Data: smart rings are ruling the market with increased monitoring capabilities including sleep patterns, glucose and blood pressure. Again, pros have access to abundant data to personalize client programs. 🏋️♂️Body Comp Assessments: smartphone scanning assessments that are now comparable to medical grade equipment….it’s easier than ever to track progress. Grasping and analyzing health data from a range of devices allows trainers to serve as holistic wellness advisors, enhancing the bond between trainer and client by offering tangible evidence to inform programming choices.
