The International Place re-imagination momentum continues, including the completion of a new primary entrance to Two International Place. The new entrance embraces IP’s proximity and visibility to the neighboring Rose F. Kennedy Greenway Conservancy, creating a prominent green curbside beacon adjacent to our neighborhood anchor. The entrance is highlighted by a new serpentine accessibility ramp with seating opportunities throughout and additional spaces to relax and connect. An illuminated chandelier in the Two International Place lobby is visible from the outdoors, creating another draw from sidewalk to centralized activities indoors. Once inside, tenants and visitors are now greeted with an upgraded lobby experience featuring thoughtfully designed, tech-enabled seating options, enhanced security measures, and a new thought-provoking art installation – Murmuration.
