🌍 It was a unique invite and a great experience for Compocity Poland 🇵🇱 to be highlighted for GenZ as part of the discussion of future workspaces. The project works in the afternoon, often mentioned quality time and spaces for shared eating/meetings to have community experiences within the office environment, hand in hand with the green office initiative. We are proud to be represented by our Founder and CEO, Emese Pancsa, dr. As Kamil Wyszkowski highlighted, GenZ should pay attention to who their future employers will be, look at values, and act as we vote with our decisions. When inspiration came into the picture, our recommendation was to read from Simon Sinek and Richard Branson I was mentioning, but let me add one more to my endless list of inspirations: Jane McGonigal who encouraged me by her TED to talk some years ago to start my doctoral studies as a designer 💚

This day serves as a reminder to governments, companies, and citizens alike of the devastating effects of climate change and the importance of collective action to address it. Around the world, activities such as tree planting, clean-up campaigns, and educational initiatives aim to promote environmental sustainability and preserve biodiversity. 🌳Climate Gardening – For More Sustainable Cities🌳 👌We’ve brought you an inspiring article on Austrian best practices🌿 🌍 Climate gardening opens a new dimension of sustainability and environmental awareness to create greener, more livable cities. In this spirit, @Vienna’s landscape architects are launching a new climate-friendly horticultural training program, combining ecological thinking with innovative technology. 🤖 This initiative is closely aligned with Compocity’s mission, which serves urban sustainability through a playful, community-based approach, connecting technology with nature care. Key figures in implementing these climate gardening projects are Balázs Zsolnai and Rita Reiner, to whom I owe my learning experiences in solving sustainability challenges as part of my work. The interdisciplinary nature of climate gardening—where horticulture, construction, and technology converge—sets an exemplary direction for sustainability and urban environmental protection. Katalin Dióssi, as a local expert deffinately, can highlight the benefits of such initiatives 💚

🌍✨Sustainability and Innovation at the Forefront! ✨🌍 We are excited to share some hints about our journey at the Bits & Pretzels event organized by the Hungarian Innovation Agency, where exciting opportunities arose for COMPOCITY Hungary at the global market entry phase! Numerous large companies have indicated that even alongside exemplary waste management solutions, there is a demand for innovation that supports commitment and education in the sustainability transition. Engaging motivation to support the local green environment plays a key role in this process. 🌱💚 During the pitch opportunities, we established connections with international collaboration partners. We look forward to deepening these relationships, especially since the ESG regulations are great to manage with such a comprehensive and tangibly trackable solution. Additionally, our team took to the streets with CompoBot’s little sibling, the CompoMini, to ask the further generation of the workforce about composting and their willingness to support our movement. 🐞🌳 It was a great pleasure to meet Bernd Storm vans Gravesande and introduce you to CompoBot. We had an exciting and inspiring experience at the first BME Sustainability Days! 🌿 The expo was attended by a number of innovative associations and initiatives, including beeco | Ökoiránytű, Respray, Cseriti , Munch and many others, all working in the spirit of sustainability. We were delighted to see that our stand also attracted a lot of attention, with particular interest in the operation of CompoBot and the composting process itself. 🙌 People really appreciated that we were very open and happy to answer any questions. During the event, we realised that sustainability and innovation are also of growing interest to young people. Balázs Zsolnai talked about what we stand for, how we contribute to sustainability, what values we hold important and what Compocity is all about. 🌍 The presentation block was followed by an exciting panel discussion where renowned experts shared their thoughts on the future of sustainability. We gained a lot of valuable insights. The ecological footprint 🌍 shows how much of the Earth's resources we use, for example how much drinking water 💧 and land 🌾 we need to sustain our way of life. This indicator can be calculated for individuals 👤, cities 🏙️, or even countries 🌐 and is measured in global hectares. It helps us understand how much we are using the planet's resources and gives us guidance on how to live more sustainably. Hungary 🇭🇺 has an average ecological footprint of 3.7 hectares, somewhere between the United States 🇺🇸 and Nepal 🇳🇵. A person's footprint is affected by carbon emissions 🌬️, the amount of waste produced 🗑️, and the proportion of recyclable materials ♻️. You can reduce it by, for example, growing your own food 🍅, buying packaging-free 🛍️, collecting selective waste ♻️, using green transport 🚲, saving water 💧, and composting 🌱. CompoBot can also be a great help for offices in this regard, making it easier to manage organic waste. CompoBot makes it easy to reduce office waste 🚮 and can contribute to a greener workplace.
