The NRMCA Group's Concrete Works recently wrapped up in Aurora, Colorado and what a great time it was! Two of our drivers from Concrete Supply Company, Alex Mejia and Julmer Melendez along with Jeff Gibbons from Central Carolina Concrete and Harvey Harmon from Tri City Concrete, both operating companies of CSC, competed in the Truck Rodeo event against the best of the best ready-mix drivers from all over the United States showing off their skills in a mixer truck and knowledge through a written test. We are very proud of our team and how they represented the company! Congratulations to all that placed in the top five and to this year's Champion Allard Tigchelaar of Cemex!! Concrete Supply Company Welcomes Karina Franco Padilla as Chief Financial Officer We are pleased to announce the appointment of Karina Franco Padilla as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Concrete Supply Company, effective September 2024. In her role, Karina will be instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy and driving sustainable growth. With over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, Karina has a distinguished career across a wide range of diversified industrial and technology corporations, from small-cap firms to large multinational enterprises. She brings a wealth of expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and investor relations. Most recently, Karina served as CFO of Proterra, Inc. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President and North America CFO at JELD-WEN, where she also led the Corporate Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations functions. Her leadership roles have extended across major corporations such as Ingersoll Rand, where she held positions including Interim CFO of the Latin America business unit and Vice President of Finance, Corporate Planning and Analysis. Earlier in her career, Karina was at Dell Technologies, where she served as Director of Investor Relations and undertook an international assignment as CFO of Dell Mexico, managing teams across Mexico and Central America. Karina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from St. Mary’s University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and recently completed the Private Equity Program through the Wharton School of Business Executive Education.
