Alloy Enterprises Inc turned five this week! As I reflect on the early days, the benchmark for a successful AM process was proving that you can make parts. Thanks to our Builders' incredibly hard work, we certainly achieved that. Fast forward five years, and we’ve transitioned from an AM startup into a value-added thermal solutions company. We’re now partnering with our customers to bring our best-in-class liquid cooling components into data centers, and our Builders are killing it as we scale to meet the demand for production components.

We’re excited to announce that we have secured $15 million in Series A funding led by Bison Ventures with participation from Cibus Capital LLP and all of our existing VC partners Acre Venture Partners, Congruent Ventures, E14 Fund, Fall Line Capital, SNR, and Serra Ventures, LLC. This funding will help us scale our AI-powered solutions and expand our impact in the agricultural sector as we continue to revolutionize the way farming operations are optimized. Exciting team news at Congruent Ventures! As our portfolio continues to grow and mature, so does our team, and we're thrilled to announce two key updates. Longtime climate investor and executive Kevin Kopczynski is now an official Congruent Partner after joining us as a Venture Partner last summer and our own Eliza Cushman has been promoted to Partner! Eliza has been integral to our team across both seed and growth work since joining us in 2023. This reflects both of their strong contributions to both Congruent and the portfolio and furthers our model of hands-on help for our portfolio companies and the ecosystem. Eliza and Kevin join myself and Abe Yokell, Tanuj Dutta, and Jackie Kossmann as partners and Nicholas Adeyi as an investor.
