As we’ve been evolving since our name change to Coralus, we’ve been deepening our understanding of what it means to be in this collective. 🪸 Everything that was once oriented to the individual needs to be shifted to being about the collective. Anything that separates us needs a reset to bring us together. So we are thrilled to introduce a new look and feel to get us started. This September we are launching more opportunities to meet in small groups for relationship building, finding the others, and supporting each others’ dreams as we expand to open up to the world. Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll be sharing more details about our new approach and inviting you to co-create with us. If you're looking for like-hearted, curious, open-minded souls to journey with, subscribe to get all the updates as we continue our journey of collective transformation. Co-Founder of a B Corp Certified company: an ethical and sustainable apparel manufacturer employing trafficking survivors and other at-risk workers.

TRUE STORY. Trigger Warning. Story of exploitation. Sonao (name changed) was groomed and abused as a child by her neighbour; the very person supposedly minding her while her single mum worked long hours in an exploitive garment factory in Phnom Penh. Thankfully, she was rescued by an Australian anti-trafficking charity and given a safe haven- a place to live, go to school, trauma counselling and support. When she graduated high school, Sonao joined the Avodah Global team as a sewer...while she did her university degree part-time. Fast forward three years and she has now been promoted from the production line into our management team. A beautiful story of hope, resilience and restoration. There are many Sonaos across Cambodia. Marginalised women who have suffered the trauma of exploitation in the sex trade and are seeking a new life. But with low education, it's virtually impossible for vulnerable and trafficked women to get out of the poverty trap. We came up with the idea to create a charitable garment manufacturing training program where trainees can earn a living wage while they learn. Educate. Employ. Empower. Over 10 trafficking survivors and 20 economically disadvantaged women have been trained in our vocational training program so far. But that's not enough. Our big hairy audacious goal is to train 100 vulnerable and at-risk women; providing formal training in commercial sewing as well as basic literacy, language and life skills in partnership with Global Development Group*. But we can't do it without your help. We need donations to support our trainees with a living wage while they train. If this resonates with you, we would love you to click on the QR code below and perhaps give up a few coffees this week to help a trafficking survivor create a life of hope, dignity and economic empowerment. Yes, they create it. With our coaching, support and technical training. *Avodah Global is a partner for Project J1151N "Sewing into Cambodia's Future" with Global Development Group (ABN 57 102 400 993), an Australian NGO approved by the Minister for Foreign Affairs. All donations over $2 are tax deductible. Karine Emanouel Dr. Peter Chandra Geoffery Ericksson Mark Bilton #antitrafficking #modernslavery

Capitalism. This thing that our entire world is circling around. Trump, economic downturns, the multiple cascading interconnected crisis. Many of us perceive the need for a shift. Here is a collection of people and projects that are already well on their way - organising thousands in and towards the new: 💸 Donnie Maclurcan took me into the weeds on EP252 of the World of Wisdom Podcast. He describes the economic system and its intricacies in ways that are easy to follow. Most importantly he's proposing that we already know it's broken. 🌏 Renee Lertzman, PhD (EP248, about the climate and biodiversity crisis) point in a similar direction when it comes to the climate and biodiversity crisis. When we tell people what to do their already activated immune system kicks in. If we ask from a point of curiosity however, inquire into what it is about for them - the results are different. ⛓️💥 Dr. Claudine Perlet (EP249, about her journey into regenerative work) speaks of her increasing sense that her job at the head of one of Europe’s largest insurance groups kept her from thinking about the things that really mattered—let alone taking action. ☘️ Vicki Saunders (She/Her) (EP242, speaks of radical generosity as a principle for Coralus) and has seen in their 7000+ members what happens when we offer people the radically generous response. 🏥 Vanessa Andreotti (EP238, with a conversation centred around outgrowing modernity) points to something similar. Is proposing that accountability and compassion is the portal towards a different world - a relational world. Easy to say but it requires real rigour to get there. Finally: 🗣️ Innrwrks will be organising a continuation of the Nordic Dialogues this year. Also I'll be co-curating Waves Forum for Changemakers with Sara Lindeman and Thomas Holm. Follow to stay informed. My point is: It's already happening. Or "ADA" as Indra Adnan would put it.

Culinary Entrepreneur @ Siika Foods | African Cuisine Specialist. We celebrate African culinary heritage and simplify the cooking process. Deeply connected to attracting diverse food enthusiasts.

"If it feels light, it's GREAT. If it feels heavy, it's not for you." These powerful words from Vicki Saunders (She/Her) founder, SheEO now Coralus, shifted everything for me during an incredible one-on-one 'Bring Your Thing' session. I've been wrestling with multiple ideas, trying to figure out how to pursue them all. But Vicki gently helped me realize—I don't have to do everything. Sometimes we might be chasing someone else's dreams without realizing it. In just 15 minutes of focused guidance, she helped me see something transformative—I don't need to start any new projects because my dream, Siika Foods, can actually absorb these ideas! "When I'm in my zone of expertise, doing what I'm truly amazing at, everything flows easier. That's where the universe steps in to help." The key? It has to feel light. And through this conversation, I now see it—instead of starting separate projects, I can channel all these ideas into Siika Foods, my existing dream that naturally can encompass them all. If you're like me, juggling multiple ideas and aspirations, there's a simple way to navigate: we can pay attention to what feels light versus heavy. When you're in your special zone, things become lighter and easier. Sometimes we might be chasing separate dreams (someone else's dream) when our existing dream is big enough to embrace them all. This perspective brought me such relief and clarity. I now see that Siika Foods is my path to bringing all these ideas to life. Fellow Coralus Activators, you can sign up for your own free 'Bring Your Thing' 15-minute session with Vicki! It's such a valuable opportunity to gain clarity and direction. Thank you, Vicki and Coralus, for this transformative insight! https://lnkd.in/gQrrXcHA #Focus2025 #Goals2025 #NewYearPlanning #SystemsThinking #BusinessGrowth #Clarity #WomenInBusiness #Purpose #Coralus #BringYourThing #ChangingSystems #IntentionalGrowth #BusinessVision #FocusedEntrepreneur #2025Goals #StrategicPlanning
