Here are some tips to get you started: 👟 Focus on exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses to target multiple muscle groups and build overall strength. 👟 Prioritize proper form over lifting heavy weights. Mastering technique will prevent injuries and maximize results. 👟 Incorporate Bodyweight Exercises: Don't underestimate the power of push-ups, pull-ups, and lunges. They're effective for building strength and can be done anywhere. 👟 Increase the intensity of your workouts gradually to avoid plateaus and keep challenging your muscles. 👟 Allow your muscles time to repair and grow stronger by incorporating rest days into your training schedule. 👟 Make stretching a regular part of your routine to maintain flexibility, prevent injuries, and optimize performance.
