Letting go of 2024! • We all carry personal or professional burdens or regrets. They could be from bad decisions or situations we could have handled better or bad habits we struggle to break. Allowing these burdens to rent space in our minds limits growth, development and our ability to deal with adversity. We gave our team a chance to “burn” these burdens or regrets that we carry no matter how big or small. . This month Cox Engineering had the privilege of visiting New Mission High School. During our visit we shared insights into the rewarding career paths available in the skilled trades, particularly in HVAC and the life changing opportunities this industry can offer. • Our goal was to inspire these bright young minds to consider a future in the trades and the careers you can have around them as well. We discussed how these careers provide stability, growth and pride in building our communities. • It was an honor engaging with these students and demonstrating that success is within reach regardless of background. We believe in breaking barriers and creating opportunities for everyone to thrive.
