🎉 We are thrilled to share that we’ve just finished a stunning 3D animated billboard for The Coca-Cola Company’s 'Coke in a Box' campaign alongside the brilliant team at Ogilvy NZ! For this project, there were two key components. 🎬 Live Action Shoot: Teaming up with beverage specialist and prop master Peter Blackwood at GLOW Studios Melbourne on an incredible shoot. Peter designed a custom tank for the shoot, creating along with it a system to have the coke flow from the box down a tube to create the illusion it was being sucked out of the straw. With a massive thanks to Jeremy Pitman (DP/Post Production) for his technical knowledge and skill, and Steve Bristow (Producer) for keeping everything running smoothly in a particularly busy time of the year. 💻 3D Animation & Post Production: The second part of the campaign brought the magic to life in 3D! Working closely with Jason Poley to create the fluid dynamics and animation ensuring we get the look and feel that Coke is known for. Julian Leandrot Rodriguez Peña worked on additional modelling, and compositing—elevating the visual quality of the project. Hats off to Lester Francois, our Producer, who deserves a massive thanks for his organisation and attention to detail—without him, we wouldn’t have been able to bring this project to life so seamlessly. Directed by Sarah Schwab, this 3D billboard is designed to be immersive, eye-catching, and dynamic—and we’re so proud of the result. The use of bold typography and playful animation allowed us to tackle mental health challenges in a lighthearted, yet meaningful way. 🧠 Every odd sock worn helps spark a conversation and reminds us all that it’s OK to not be OK.
