ACCELERATOR - A big shout-out to our very own AI expert Eric Bravick for the insightful talk he gave on CryptoMondays Spaces about the importance of token utility in Web3 and AI ventures! His core message — that tokeconomics is paramount in Web3 and should be prioritized even above product development. It was fascinating to hear him speak about how this philosophy has played out in his experience, citing examples like Cardano and EOS to illustrate how robust tokeconomics can drive success even in the absence of a strong product. His comparison of Bitcoin to a purely tokeconomic product was also a great way to understand this concept. Eric's emphasis on the demand side of token economics, specifically on organizing, standardizing and thinking about the consumption/burn side, was particularly valuable advice for anyone launching a token. Choosing the right partners — market makers, exchanges, VCs, etc. — is critical for navigating the complex world of token launches. For founders, especially those coming from a Web2 background where product reigns supreme, this shift in thinking is crucial for success in the Web3 space. Eric's talk was a timely reminder that while building a great product is important, understanding and implementing effective tokeconomics is essential for long-term sustainability and growth. Thank you again, Eric, for sharing your expertise and insights. Looking forward to seeing this in action in The CryptoOracle Collective Accelerator in 2025! Decentralized Web3 Consultancy - providing world class consulting services to leading web3 projects
About us
The mission of community owned CryptoOracle Collective is to provide world class consulting services to leading web3 projects, solving three major problems of the burgeoning web3 industry: 1. Given the recent emergence of web3, there are a limited number of “experts” to provide the needed insight for projects to be successful. 2. It’s difficult even for “experts” to properly gauge a project’s probability of success. Now the Collective members benefit from a broad range of viewpoints when choosing which projects to work on. 3. While the potential upside in tokens and/or equity of Collective clients is highly attractive, each Collective member needs to balance the upside with near term cash generation needed day-to-day. With the pending issuance of a liquid Collective token, each Collective member will be able to choose the percentage of their project compensation they take in the projects tokens/equity, and how much they take in liquid Collective tokens. For inquiries to work with the Collective as a web3 project or as a Collective community member, please email: alexb@cryptooracle.io.

THOUGHT LEADERSHIP - Excited to share key insights from our CryptoOracle Collective call featuring Kyle Heise, Chief of Media at The Collective and Co-Founder of C3 [Crypto Content Company] a leading earned media specialist and go-to-market advisor in the Web3 and AI space. Kyle, alongside his partner Patrick Brendel, leverages decades of combined experience in journalism and communications to help projects navigate the ever-evolving media landscape. Their expertise lies in securing earned media, which they stress holds significantly more long-term value compared to paid media or self-published content. Here are some key takeaways from Kyle’s talk, particularly relevant for our Collective Members and Accelerator founders: Control Your Narrative: First impressions matter. Your online presence, including search results, social media, and community engagement, forms the initial perception of your project. Actively manage this narrative to build trust and credibility. Understand the Media Landscape: The crypto media ecosystem is dynamic and nuanced. Familiarise yourself with various media outlets, their editorial processes, and their target audience. This understanding will help you tailor your communication for maximum impact. Build Authentic Relationships: Treat media professionals as partners, not just outlets for press releases. Cultivate genuine relationships based on honesty, reliability, and mutual respect. This approach fosters trust and leads to more meaningful coverage. Craft a Compelling Story: Journalists seek newsworthy angles, innovation, and perspectives. Develop your narrative around these elements, and be prepared to engage in thoughtful dialogue. Offer reliable, understandable, and honest information. Embrace Founder-Led Communication: When possible, be the voice of your project. Engage directly with your audience and the media. This direct approach demonstrates transparency and builds stronger connections. A big thank you to Kyle and Patrick support The Collective community with all things "media and go-to-market" in the Web3 and AI space. THOUGHT LEADERSHIP - Here is a Pantera Capital inspired explanation of how crypto and AI can work together as rocketfuel for our CryptoOracle Collective Accelerator founders: Crypto can act as a pragmatic value capture mechanism for a distributed AI future. Similar to Adam Smith's "Diamond Water Paradox," where water is essential but abundant, AI, even if vital, may have limited market value. Crypto's scarcity can ensure value capture for a distributed AI. Crypto can serve as "picks and shovels" for the AI gold rush. Just as picks and shovels were essential tools during the gold rush, crypto can be the essential infrastructure for the growth and development of AI. For example, crypto can act as the pipes and valves that carry and regulate the flow of AI, which is like water. AI agents, which are more advanced than bots, will need to use crypto. AI agents can use programmable money to operate independently in the digital economy. For example, AI agents can guide users through complex crypto transactions, explain risks and even suggest optimal strategies. AI agents can solve crypto's user experience problems. AI agents can simplify complex blockchain interactions, wallet management and decentralised finance protocols, which have been barriers to widespread crypto adoption. AI agents can leverage crypto because they can't use traditional financial systems. AI agents don't need permission from centralised authorities to operate in the crypto world. They can use wallets to interact directly with smart contracts and decentralised protocols, holding and managing digital assets. A mature AI agent ecosystem will need crypto infrastructure for transactions and coordination. AI agents can use smart contracts for complex, multi-party transactions and agreements. This creates autonomous economic activity, where AI agents can negotiate, trade, and resolve disputes. Crypto can help solve current AI bottlenecks in data, compute, and model generation. Just as new alloys and composites revived innovation in the automotive industry, crypto can unleash AI's potential. Decentralised platforms can help AI by improving data usage. Blockchain-based platforms like Sahara enable individuals to contribute and monetise their data while retaining control. Crypto can help democratise access to compute power, which is essential for AI. Platforms like Exo and io.net create decentralised marketplaces for computational resources. Decentralised platforms can help AI by improving model development. Platforms like Sentient and Near enable open-source, community-driven AI development. They ensure that developers are credited and compensated through tokenised rewards. Thank you Pantera for this inspiration . . click here to read the full article https://lnkd.in/d42T9SGX Click here to become a member of The CryptoOracle Collective https://lnkd.in/d8NUEpcT

THOUGHT LEADERSHIP - Crypto: The Next Generation. We are grateful for an amazing talk by our friend of The CryptoOracle Collective, Eliézer Ndinga, VP, Head of Strategy, Digital Assets at 21.co, parent company of 21Shares, the world's largest issuer of crypto ETPs. Eliezer shared his extensive knowledge, gleaned from over a decade in the crypto space, covering everything from the evolution of crypto ETFs to emerging use cases and the future of the industry. Here are some key takeaways: 1. Crypto ETFs are gaining traction: The recent surge in crypto ETF inflows, reaching over $20 billion in less than a year, signals growing acceptance among retail and institutional investors alike. This underscores the shift from viewing crypto purely as a speculative asset to a legitimate part of diversified portfolios. 2. Beyond Bitcoin and stablecoins: While Bitcoin and stablecoins dominate headlines, blockchain technology is revolutionising other areas too. Eliezer highlighted Decentralised Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) being built on platforms like Solana, offering the potential for a decentralised, peer-to-peer communication network. He also pointed to the vital role of blockchain analytics in providing real-time financial transparency and enabling informed decision-making for investors and regulators. 3. The "iPhone moment" for crypto: Just as the iPhone revolutionised mobile technology, Eliezer predicts a similar transformative moment for crypto, potentially disrupting existing market leaders and ushering in a new era of mainstream adoption. Eliezer's insights remind us that we're still in the early stages of crypto's evolution. The coming years promise exciting developments as this revolutionary technology continues to reshape our financial landscape and beyond. Devcon Bangkok - Lou Kerner reporting Our very own globetrotting Web3 crusader Lou Kerner, in his recent Medium post , shared his enthusiastic impressions of Devcon in Bangkok. He was particularly struck by the electric vibe of the Ethereum Foundation community, highlighting the strong sense of shared purpose and ambition that pervades this group. Lou notes that the event reinforced his belief in Ethereum's potential to drive a decentralised future. Here are some of Lou's key observations: The choice of Bangkok as the venue was inspired - He was impressed by the city's vibrancy, affordability, and its blend of exotic culture and world-class service. He also praised the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, a majestic and spacious venue that comfortably accommodated the 12,000 attendees. The announcement of the Beam Chain generated significant buzz - Proposed by Ethereum researcher Justin Drake, the Beam Chain is an ambitious concept aiming to enhance Ethereum's consensus layer for faster block production and finality. Lou acknowledged the community's discussions about the feasibility of implementing such a complex proposal, noting Drake's own admission that it's more of a starting point than a complete solution. Nevertheless, the Beam Chain proposal underscores the expansive ambitions of the Ethereum developer community. There was a palpable sense of Ethereum's dominance - Lou observed that Solana, often positioned as an Ethereum competitor, received little attention at Devcon. He suggested that this might reflect a growing consensus that Ethereum is on track to become the leading Layer-1 platform for the future of money and value transfer. While also a fan of Solana, Lou argued that its price movements relative to Ethereum (Sol/ETH) are not necessarily indicative of Solana "winning" over ETH but rather reflect Solana's higher beta, making it more volatile in both upward and downward market trends. Two of the 450 side events were his favourites - the Blockchain Association Stanford Summit (B.A.S.S) and CryptoMondays Bangkok, praising the quality of attendees and insightful discussions at both. His enthusiastic account of Devcon Bangkok offers a glimpse into the vibrant Ethereum community and its unwavering commitment to building a decentralised future. ACCELERATOR - A Token Launch Guide for Blockchain & AI Founders Our friend Willy Ogorzaly of Nounspace conducted a Morpheus tokenisation MasterClass with invaluable insights for our blockchain and AI founders in The CryptoOracle Collective Accelerator! Here's a practical guide to help you implement Willy's advice: Token Launch with Morpheus: Embrace Fair Launches: Morpheus offers a compelling fair launch mechanism that levels the playing field for both VCs and the wider community. Define Your Emission Curve: Carefully consider the duration and rate at which your tokens will be emitted. A front-loaded curve might be ideal for early bootstrapping. Identify Key Stakeholders: Define your project's economy by identifying and incentivising stakeholders like capital providers, developers, and users. Utilise Protocol-Owned Liquidity: The Morpheus model provides a continuous stream of yield from staked ETH that can be used to establish strong liquidity for your token. DAO Governance and Community Building: Implement Governance from Day One: Integrate governance into your token to empower your community from the outset. Progressive Decentralisation: Start with a blend of centralised team leadership and community ownership, gradually transitioning to full decentralisation as your project matures. Utilise Snapshot and Gnosis Safe: Leverage the gasless voting mechanism of Snapshot, the secure multi-sig functionality of Gnosis Safe, and the automation capabilities of O Snap to create a robust DAO stack. Engage Your Community: Create fun and accessible initiatives, like Noun Space's "Rounds" on Farcaster, to encourage community participation and reward contributions. Key Considerations: Initial Launch Phase: Be conservative when setting the date for your token to become claimable, allowing ample time for preparation and community engagement. VC Engagement: While the Morpheus Data | Hybrid-Cloud Management Platform model doesn't prevent VC participation, consider engaging VCs for potential token purchases from the community treasury. Community Dynamics: Prepare for potential challenges during bear markets, ensuring your DAO has a robust treasury and clear communication strategies. By implementing these actionable steps, blockchain and AI founders can effectively launch their tokens, cultivate a thriving community, and navigate the complexities of DAO governance. Thank you Willy for giving us your quality time and dedication . . it is much appreciated!
