With sadness, we share that Dr. Lawrence Cervino, who retired from Crystal Clinic in 2020, passed away on December 16, 2024. Crystal Clinic’s CEO Dan Ferry shared a few words about Dr. Cervino and his legacy: “A founding member of the Crystal Clinic, Dr. Cervino was a pioneer and innovator known for his unmatched skills in soft tissue reconstruction for orthopedics and his unwavering work ethic. He was admired for his exceptional surgical expertise, compassion, and dedication to his patients and colleagues. He was a mentor and educator – training and inspiring countless surgeons through his involvement with the Summa Plastic Residency program. He was honored multiple times as Teacher of the Year, reflecting the deep respect and gratitude he earned from those fortunate enough to learn from him.
