The state’s two main duck producers, Maple Leaf Farms and Culver Duck Farms, Inc., have seen a great deal of success because of the demand for duck in Asia, Canada, Mexico and other foreign markets. Culver Duck is thrilled to expand its international reach by participating in the Delicious USA Food Festival 2024 in Hong Kong and Macau! From November 11 through December 12, 43 restaurants in Hong Kong and 8 in Macau will spotlight U.S. ingredients, including our lean White Pekin duck. Culver Duck dishes will be featured across an incredible range of cuisines, from Cantonese and Mexican to Japanese and French. We kicked off the festival with a launch event at Prohibition Grill House in the Ocean Park Marriott Hotel in Hong Kong, where guests enjoyed Duck Breast Baguettes and Duck Rillette Tarts made with Culver Duck.
