Datasync is hiring freshers for the below mentioned role: Position: Bench Sales Marketer/ Recruiter Location: Kolkata Timings: 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST (US Shift) Salary: Negotiable Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday) Skills: Candidate must have excellent communication skills. Candidate must be willing to work in night shifts. Job Description: Responsible for Marketing and placing Bench Consultants for different Technical and Functional roles. Full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, cold calling, identifying the best consultants, extensive resume review before submission, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals. Developing and implementing long term relationships with all vendors. Generating new Client leads. Developing new corporate alliances and maintaining services to existing clients. Constantly interacting with vendors to understand their resource requirements. Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generating daily reports, and updating them to their Team leads.
