As foster parents, Chelsea, an Etsy employee, and her partner opened their home and hearts to children most in need. When the couple met two young girls who had been in and out of foster care for years, they knew they were meant to be a family. Chelsea and her partner adopted the girls together ❤️ Through Etsy’s #AdoptionBenefits, Chelsea took six months of parental leave to transition into her new role as a mom and bond with her children. The time off allowed her family to establish a routine that worked best for them and today, the family is growing together. These recruiters are dedicated to finding #ForeverFamilies for the longest-waiting children in foster care. That includes older children and teenagers, siblings and children with special needs.
