At Day 8, we upcycle discarded leaves from the agriculture industry, into Rubisco protein, highly coveted by the food industry. In agriculture, a staggering 42% of the biomass, including nutrient-packed leaves, is discarded despite being worth $300 billion. While enhancing the efficiency of one of the largest industries in the world, agriculture, we provide the food industry with an essential sustainable ingredient.
