We support students and employers by identifying career paths best suited to student abilities, interests, qualifications, and aspirations. Our focus is particularly on final year and postgraduate students - Irish, EU and international - to increase their employability and help them become work - ready graduates. We work closely with our students and academics across all our faculties as well as employers from multiple, varied professional backgrounds. Our services range from career guidance, coaching, skills sessions, career planning consultations, interview preparation, job applications, successful networking, transition to the workplace, and further study. Register: On MyCareer, link: https://shorturl.at/XIliT 🌟 For three decades, the Washington Ireland Program (WIP) has played an important role in post-conflict Northern Ireland and Ireland by bringing together leaders from a wide range of communities and backgrounds for outstanding leadership and skills-development programs. 🌟WIP students are provided with an exclusive work placement related to their area of study or interest, in addition to leadership development training, speaker sessions with world leaders across the public and private sectors and visits to community organisations tacking social issues in the US. 🌟These student leaders come from all backgrounds and offer different perspectives and innovation approaches to improving the island of Ireland. 🌟WIP’s aim is to support, inspire and develop leaders who are committed to building a future of peace and prosperity for Northern Ireland and Ireland. It brings outstanding university and college students from Northern Ireland and Ireland to Washington D.C. for an 8-week personal and professional development program. DCU Careers Service recently hosted two Graduate Careers Fairs at The Helix, attracting more than 2,400 final year and postgraduate students. This key event provided an opportunity for students to engage with over 100 organisations seeking to recruit for their graduate programmes and graduate level roles. The event took place over two days in the Helix over three floors. There was an energetic atmosphere as students and employers connected, with numerous valuable opportunities on offer.
