Scott is a leading innovator in water management and energy. As CEO of Deep Blue, the largest commercial water management company in the Midland Basin, Scott is driving the future of sustainable water practices in the energy sector. He co-founded Deep Blue in 2020 with a mission to improve water management and reduce environmental impact. Before Deep Blue, Scott co-founded Waterfield Midstream and held leadership roles at Anadarko Petroleum and Western Midstream during his 13-year tenure. He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and a Master’s in Geology, blending business and technical expertise to tackle the industry's toughest challenges. In addition to his leadership at Deep Blue, Scott has served on the TexNet advisory committee since 2020, contributing to seismic monitoring and energy research in Texas.
