This dedicated group coordinates Wreaths Across America in Washington County, ensuring over 900 wreaths will be placed in our local cemeteries on December 14th. Wreaths Across America has an impactful mission: Remember the fallen, honor those who serve, and teach the next generation the value of freedom. Our community came together in a big way! Over three days, dedicated volunteers prepared a Thanksgiving feast that will feed over 800 people in Washington County. Our team crafted delicious gravy, homemade rolls, mashed potatoes, and carrots and prepped the turkeys—all with love and gratitude. This incredible effort reflects our town’s spirit of unity and generosity. As we celebrate Thanksgiving, let’s take a moment to reflect, share our gifts, and embrace our blessings. Our roots run deep in Jackson, Wisconsin, and supporting our community has always been part of our mission. When the opportunity arose to help raise funds for a K-9 officer, we proudly joined forces with our neighbors. Now, K-9 Delta is on patrol, enhancing our community's protection and security. Prior to joining Delta Defense, Jay served as CMO and Head of Direct Markets for Travelers Insurance, a $40 billion publicly traded insurance company with over 30,000 employees located throughout the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland. In this role, Jay had full P&L accountability for its Direct Markets business and was responsible for overall strategy, business performance, innovation platforms, and profitability for this alternative distribution channel inside the Personal Insurance business unit of Travelers Insurance. Previous to his time with Travelers Insurance, Jay held executive leadership roles at industry-leading companies such as Microsoft, Compaq, and IBM. “Jay is an extraordinarily talented and wise executive.
