    I'm very excited to announce that Duncan Sze has joined the leadership team at DemandSphere! He will be joining us as VP, Enterprise, and will be responsible for growth in the North American, EMEA, and other global markets. Duncan and I connected at brightonSEO San Diego in 2023 and it was clear to me right away that he would be a great asset to our team. 2024 was our best year yet and with Duncan joining us, it's going to be even better.     As a follow-up to yesterday's post, I shared some notes in a blog post about how AI Overview data can be monitored in both a logged-in and not-logged-in session in Google Search. Here's the punchline: you either get very few results (not logged in) or getting much more results costs more and it's still very early days (logged in). I've outlined how we plan to address this in the short- and mid-term and advocate for tool vendors to be transparent about these realities as there is a lot of confusion and little bit of smoke-and-mirrors out there right now.     I really enjoyed speaking with Nate Matherson on the Optimize podcast last week.
