The Detroit College Access Network would like to thank Detroit’s own Jaylon Moore, an offensive lineman for the San Francisco 49ers for selecting our organization for the My Cause My Cleats campaign. These cleats were customized in honor of the causes that the National Football League (NFL) players choose to show support through this campaign. We appreciate Jaylon and his commitment to supporting Detroit students matriculation and persistence to post secondary pathways. Through his own scholarship foundation giving scholarships to students from his former high school to this campaign and cause we hope to continue to impact the lives of Detroit students and their pathways to college access and success. Who CAN?! DCAN!

The Jacob Family Foundation supports programs and advocacy efforts that empower marginalized people. By supporting College Success as one of their core principles they are supporting programs for students that support to and through college. As Graduate 313 continues to move forward as an extension of the work of the Detroit College Access Network, we highlight and lift up JFF as one of our community partners, their team, and the funding they believe in with Graduate 313. Let’s check out their dynamic team! Who CAN?! DCAN!
