Each and every time I leave the ADCOLOR Conference and Awards, I feel inspired, energized, and deeply committed to the work ahead. From the powerful panels to honoring the people in the trenches, the conference is always a testament to what’s possible when we champion DEI not just as a priority, but as a way of life. At Deutsch, we're especially proud to support the ADCOLOR FUTURES program, investing in the next generation of change makers. Giving back to this community is more than an honor—it’s our responsibility. To everyone who shared their stories, sparked ideas, and reignited our collective purpose: thank you!! #ADCOLOR2024 #DEI #RepresentationMatters #NextGenLeadership

Today was something else. The energy in the office was electric. We had the AdColor Futures in, and let me tell you, seeing such talented people walk through the doors was pure hope for the future. The highlight? A fireside chat with AdColor Founder Tiffany R. Warren and our CEO Kim Getty—two long-time friends who show what it means to build real relationships. After a tough last week, this conversation was everything. It reminded me to actively find and hold onto moments of joy. And this talk? It was one of those moments. HERE ARE SOME TAKEAWAYS #1 Leading with Balance: Tiffany shared that as a young account executive, she learned how to stay at the center of things—leading and letting go when needed. #2 Fearless Beginnings: Launching AdColor in her early 30s? No problem. “If my mom wasn’t afraid, why should I be?” #3 Real Connections: AdColor isn’t about transactions; it’s about lifelong relationships. Real relationships aren’t just for show—they’re the foundation. #4 Community Matters: If you’re not committed to community, you’re not committed to DEI and building real relationships. #5 Introvert Energy: This one hit home. ❤️ Social anxiety is real, especially when building relationships. People may assume you’re an extrovert, but some of us are 1000% introverts - THAT'S ME!! Non-transactional moments make it easier. #6 Humility & Service: Humility means letting others shine. Help people rise, and you rise too. A real leader serves and reaches back to lift others. #7 Embrace Your System: Know how you operate and use it to give back. Be of service. #8 Family + Business: Don’t separate them. Let them overlap in meaningful ways. Tiffany’s niece believes she can be a CEO because she’s been on the AdColor stage since she was 2. #9 Stay Focused on Your Timeline: Especially in today’s political climate, plant seeds now for a future you may never see. Every effort today helps build the path for tomorrow. Sending big respect to these two queens. Thank you for the inspiration and for reminding us to stay the course. Cheers 🥂
