Inspection Coordination: Facilitate inspections and manage relationships with jurisdictional partners. Material Procurement: Conduct material take-offs, procure, and schedule delivery of materials. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with design professionals and project partners. Safety and Security: Ensure site safety and security at all times. Required Competencies: Experience: Minimum 10 years in the construction industry with a track record of managing projects from concept to completion. Supervision: Proven ability to supervise multiple projects and coordinate subcontractors. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in the Universal Building Code and the ability to understand architectural and engineering documents. Organizational Skills: Strong processes for managing short and long-term project calendars. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills across various platforms.
