We could not be more proud of our #OneDFW program, which just won a Travel Retail Superstars of 2024 from Trinity Forum in the Star Team - Frontline category for the Americas! The #OneDFW program recognizes outstanding examples of customer service by individuals at the airport who go above and beyond each quarter, nominated by their fellow staff. The Travel Retail Superstars award is given to teams who have pulled together, working seamlessly, enthusiastically, and effectively, while inspiring each other and those around them. We could not think of a more fitting recognition of the work that has been put into this program by DFW Airport employees as well as our partners. Congratulations to all who have championed and contributed to the initiative to improve the customer experience at every step of the journey. 🧡

It’s officially DEMO DAY! 🧱🔨 We’re making way for a bigger and better parking garage at Terminal C to support more gates on the way with the first phase of the terminal’s expansion and complete overhaul. Demo for a garage this size doesn’t just take one day, so if you’re flying out of Terminal C soon, pardon the improvements underway and the monumental work our construction crews are doing to transform DFW! ⚠️ Check out the link in the comments to stay informed ahead of travel and learn more about the major work underway at Terminal C. ⬇️

DFW is a very large team, and it takes massive coordination and trust to operate the world’s third-busiest airport on the best of days. This week’s winter storm showed once again the power of our partnerships. Our Integrated Operations Center brought together dozens of representatives from the airport, airlines – including our biggest partner at American Airlines – Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), U.S. Customs and Border Protection, DPS police and fire, concessions operators, ground transportation providers, customer experience teams and many others to ensure that our facilities were safe and ready for travelers during the storm. From the big things like clearing our massive airfield and 1,288 lane-miles of roads, to the details like making sure coffee shops stay open for travelers, these teams work 24 hours a day to keep our guests moving. While winter weather delays and cancellations are never fun for anyone, our top focus is always on safety and making sure that you and your loved ones have the best and safest experience possible while traveling with us. All of us at DFW care deeply about our customers, and we thank our partners for their continued dedication. 🧡
