  • #WomensHistoryMonth reminds us how far women have come in the legal profession. In 1869, Arabella Mansfield became the first woman admitted to the bar in the U.S.—paving the way for generations of women to follow. Today, women are leading the way as attorneys, judges, and policymakers, shaping the future of law. At DGIM Law, we celebrate the women in our profession who continue to break barriers and advocate for justice.

  • Joann Fabrics is closing all 800 stores after 82 years, following two bankruptcy filings within a year. This serves as a cautionary tale for businesses: managing debt carefully, diversifying supply chains, staying adaptable to market trends, investing in e-commerce, and regularly assessing store performance are key to long-term success. Proactive financial planning and strategic decision-making can help businesses avoid similar pitfalls. Need legal guidance on protecting your business? Contact us. https://lnkd.in/erfp2mep
