Here are a few stats for you to check out: 📌 Acquiring a new customer costs 5 to 25 times more than retaining an existing one; 📌 Increasing customer retention rates by 5% can boost #profits by 25–85%; 📌 Referrals from happy customers also result in a 30–45% conversion rate, which is much higher than the average 5–10%. Business interests aside, building relationships and maintaining them through the years is also an extremely gratifying experience.
