Together, we can make our buildings safer and protect lives. KEEP DOORS CLOSED Make sure fire doors are not wedged open. A fire door must have the ability to close to enable it to do its job. EXECUTE REGULAR CHECKS Take the time to inspect fire doors for any signs of wear, damage or misalignment. Check that they close properly and latch securely. REPORT ISSUES If you notice any ill-fitting fire doors or damage, report it immediately to the relevant authorities or your building manager.
