Dream On 3

For 13 years, I've questioned "𝑾𝑯𝒀 ?" "𝑾𝒉𝒚"did God call me to start Dream On 3? It made 𝑛𝑜 sense! I had 𝑛𝑜 experience with kids living with life-altering conditions. I had 𝑛𝑜 experience with building or running a non-profit organization. I had 𝑛𝑜 contacts in the sports industry and had only average knowledge of sports at best. It made 𝑛𝑜 sense... until August 3, 2024. On that day, He answered the question that I had been wrestling with for so long. For the first time in 13 years, I realized that God didn't call me to start this organization because He needed my help. He didn't 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑 𝑚𝑒 to do what He had in store for Dream On 3. He was fully capable of doing that on His own. He 𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑑 𝑚𝑒 to be a part of it... for my benefit and for His glory. Elizabeth and I realized that for 13 years, He had been preparing us for August 3, 2024. 🔸He had been surrounding us with the most incredible community (family) that would help carry us through the darkest days of our lives. 🔸He had been connecting us to the best medical resources and healthcare professionals in the world, resources that only He knew we would need. 🔸He had been filling our hearts with hundreds of stories of hope, resilience, steadfast faith, and triumph to reflect on when fear had tightened its grip. We are so incredibly grateful for our Dream On 3 family and to everyone that has wrapped their arms around us over the last 6 months. Elizabeth and I are SO proud of our girls, Hannah and Victoria! We know that He is doing an amazing work inside of both of them, and He has BIG plans for their lives. To our Dream families...we love you and we are forever grateful for how you've inspired us to never give up and to keep pressing forward! #DREAMITDOIT
