In this Tech Sessions podcast episode, Al Solorzano VP of Digital Workplace at e360 and Patrick O'Brien, Solutions Architect at e360 go rapid-fire through the most common performance complaints they hear from customers, and how observability with Citrix can tackle each one. How many of these sound familiar? ▶ Network issues – The #1 complaint. End-user network performance impacts everything, and Citrix helps pinpoint those bottlenecks quickly. ▶ Profile bloat – Long login times from massive user profiles? Observability helps identify which profiles are slowing you down, giving you actionable data to streamline your environment. ▶ Group policy overload – Decades of legacy GPOs dragging performance? Citrix surfaces these issues, so IT can clean out the junk, making logins quick and reducing lag. ▶ Outgrown infrastructure – When VMs are too small for today's demands, observability steps in with real-time insights. Are web browsers eating all the RAM? Are apps pushing your resources beyond their limits? Now you know. ▶ Application-level errors – It’s not always the infrastructure. Sometimes apps themselves are the culprits. Citrix’s session data digs into individual processes, flagging the ones that hang and drag your environment down. It’s time to get the data you need to prevent performance issues before users feel the pain.

There is a very famous quote that says that “change is inevitable”. Well folks, it’s that time when I’m going to have to say... they were wrong. (I almost had you there...admit it!) Today along with Jay Fuerst and Laura Peters, I celebrate my 20th year of working with e360 (from Agile360 to Entisys360 to e360). It has been lots of fun and I’m looking forward to even more. When I started here, I had 2 very young kids. My oldest, Bethany, has graduated and is working. Jacob is in his 3rd year of college. My youngest, Luke, wasn’t even born yet when I started and has only known me bringing home Agile360 and e360 towels, pens, USB portable chargers and shot glasses... I mean mugs. (Thx Kathy and e360 marketing team for the swag). I wanted to give some thanks to people (I won’t get everyone since it would take forever and TIL that LinkedIn has a @ mentions limit per post). First special thanks my wife, Mary Beth, for putting up with travel. the late nights phone calls and texts, the client events I needed to attend and for being my rock and most favorite person in this world. Thx to: Jay and LP - Known you 2 for over 25 yrs. Thanks being great friends. For looking for out for me (and my family). We've seen each other's kids grow up and worked through a lot of situations. It has been great working with you every day. Gary Matsuda, Kevin Kelly and Omar Yakar. For getting the band back together from the Microvisions/Futurelink days. Mike Strohl and Matthew General- For seeing an opportunity with agile360 and supporting all of us at e360 each and every day. I personally am deeply appreciative of the leadership and advice you both give me. I am most thankful for the opportunities you have provided me and my family. Current and past Coworkers. Karla Delacruz Troy Couch Richard Florence Bryan Zanoli Matt Baran Patrick O'Brien Kathy Casdorph Steve Casey Charles Wherritt Mike Mexico Kelly Chinen Aela Lazaro Amanda Carroll Tom Lambro Dane Young, MBA Lauren Dunnevant, Davis Maynard, Kristi Cripe & many more Business, thoughts leaders and friends Ken Rindt Brian Lesniakowski Paul Kunze Cliff Miller Ira Silverman Brian Wagner Mark Westling Bob Allred Todd Hsu Michael Shuster Others who have shown me guidance and friendship in 20 yrs here (this is where is started running out of mentions): Jed Ayres Roy Tokeshi, Jonathan Eugenio, Rob Ferencik, Casper Zublin, Chris Richner, Glen Holmes, Roger Gallego, Jody Elkins, Paul Sunok, Adam Bolio CISSP, PMP, Christian Rolland, Rob Schaeffer, and Shawn Olson To those we have lost : Jennifer Emfinger, Roger Shambaugh, Joe Baker, & Terry Malone. Miss you all! And The EUC community in general. Too many to name but you know who you are. We all use your sites, scripts, blogs and forum posts. I’ve tried to contribute where and when I can to the community because this is great group of people, and I’ve made a lot of good friends through advisory councils and technical events. God bless & thank you all!

In cybersecurity, trying to defend against every possible threat is like an NFL team attempting to prepare for all 31 opponents simultaneously - ineffective and impossible. Ted Harrington explains how threat modeling should mirror NFL scouting reports: analyze your specific opponent's strengths and weaknesses, understand your own capabilities, and develop a focused game plan. This targeted approach leads to more effective security strategies and better resource allocation. Ready to hear more from Ted and transform your security strategy? On March 13th in Los Angeles, we're hosting an exclusive Executive Roundtable featuring Ted, where we'll discuss into strategic security planning and AI security challenges. (link in comments)
