US manufacturing isn't dying - but we need to stay competitive. The numbers show our current strength: • 13 million manufacturing jobs nationwide • Top 10 states each supporting 500,000+ jobs • California leading with 1.35M workers • Texas following at 1.1M But global competition is intensifying. China's manufacturing workforce of 99 million dwarfs ours, and they're outpacing us in automation investment and robot adoption. From automotive in Michigan to aerospace in California, American factories continue innovating. However, we must accelerate automation and technological advancement to maintain our competitive edge. When people say "we don't make things in America anymore," the numbers prove them wrong. But maintaining our position requires strategic investment in advanced manufacturing capabilities. I'm bullish on US manufacturing's potential - if we commit to modernization and stay ahead of global competition.

The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) mandates that corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), and similar entities file reports with FinCEN containing information about their beneficial owners. [...] The act is particularly focused on small, privately held companies, as these are often used to create shell entities for financial crimes. However, the CTA exempts certain entities from reporting requirements... click for full article from HORAN Wealth's Andrea C. #TaxInsights #CTA #TransatlanticBusiness
