The IATF Rules 6th edition goes live on January 1, 2025. 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 The audit scheduling process requires additional details under Rules 6 section 5.7.2 Audit Plan. Some of these changes include: Remote Support Location Audit Interactions – the schedule must identify the process being audited and the supports to and from locations to be verified and sampled during the audit process. This means the auditor will be looking for clear examples of both where the client’s process has external support inputs that feed the on-site process and outputs that input to processes at other locations.
