ERG is proud to support the EPA and the Department of Justice in their efforts to protect air quality and hold violators accountable. We recently supported them in reaching a significant settlement with HF Sinclair Navajo Refining LLC's facility in Artesia, New Mexico, requiring the refinery to pay a $35 million penalty and invest approximately $137 million in pollution control measures. These actions are expected to prevent 97,551 tons of carbon dioxide equivalents and thousands of tons of other harmful pollutants from being emitted – a big win for both air quality and public health. Electrifying news out of New Mexico! Santa Fe County NM has chosen ERG to lead their charge toward transitioning the county's fleet to electric vehicles. We're looking forward to developing a 10-year plan to replace the county's on-road vehicle fleet with electric vehicles, including recommendations for optimal EV charging site selection and installation. Great work by Rick Baker and the ERG team that made it happen!
