Women are the backbone of the early childhood workforce, making up the majority of educators in the field. Registered Apprenticeship programs are opening new doors for women, offering pathways to advance their careers while earning valuable credentials and receiving mentorship along the way. We had an amazing time celebrating women in apprenticeship at the “Women in the Workforce Apprenticeship Accelerator” event we co-hosted earlier this week.
