Last week, we had the opportunity to host the 2nd annual Immersive Innovation Summit. The two-day event invited higher education and K–12 education leaders and technology experts to discuss and discover innovations in the development and execution of immersive VR experiences for learning. This years event featured conversations around AI in education, implementing virtual reality into the student journey, narrative driven immersive learning, and the role of principled innovation in education. Thank you to all who participated and were able to attend the event. We look forward to continued conversations around these topics. #Innovation #ImmersiveLearning #EducationTechnology #VRInEducation #Education

How would we really protect Earth from a giant asteroid? Meet the three-body problem: It’s the key to knocking an asteroid off course like a trick shot in a galaxy-sized game of pool, long before we have to call in a crew of hastily trained oil drillers (sorry, Ben Affleck!). At Space For Humans, we believe you don’t have to go to space to feel its impact. Join us for weekly videos from ASU faculty and students as we explore how cutting-edge space technologies are already transforming the world around us! Presented by the Interplanetary Initiative at Arizona State University and EdPlus at Arizona State University. Hosted by Sarah Smeh. Researched and written by Varad Lad. Directed by Ricardo Leon and edited by Isabelle Giunta. With executive producer Matthew Robinson, producers Eric Stribling and Amanda Kehrberg, and associate producers Elizabeth Blythe-Lee, M. Ed. and Dania Wright. #space #spaceeducation #asteroids #threebodyproblem #3bodyproblem #ASUspace
