More than 100 Edward Jones associates recently joined together to help build strength and hope for children served by Make-A-Wish®. Volunteers from Northern California, St. Louis, and Tempe, Ariz., packed and donated 160 backpacks and presented a $42,000 check to the Northeastern and Central California chapter. They heard personal stories from five families that have been supported by Make-A-Wish® – and even stories from our very own Edward Jones associates who had a personal connection to the organization, leaving no dry eye in the room. "When a wish is granted, it impacts Wish® families and their community far beyond what we can see. It changes lives and gives the Wish® kids strength and hope, not only during their treatment but throughout their entire lives," said Edward Jones associate Brenda Camacho.
