Stephanie Houston (Island Getaway Rum) is a true pioneer in Texas, leading one of only two female Hispanic-owned rum distilleries in the state, out of 160 active distilleries. Her journey represents the resilience and innovation of women in the spirits industry. Carin Luna-Ostaseski (SIA Scotch Whisky) broke barriers as the first American woman to launch a Scotch whisky brand, sharing her passion for Scotch globally.
