After balancing work with some attempts at surfing in Spain and Portugal, I had the pleasure of attending my first conference — EHPS 2024. The experience kicked off with the inspiring EHPSCreaters pre-conference workshop, definitely one of the many highlights of this summer. It was a privilege to present my and our team’s research on long-term eating behaviour change and passive sensing in beautiful Cascais. And a special shoutout to my amazing Airbnb mates, Melanie Bamert, Robert Edgren and Laura Gördes for making this time even more memorable! Writing this from the train back to Bern with Melanie Bamert earning the sustainability travel award we both received from #EHPS. I’m now looking forward to the upcoming semester, where I’ll be teaching a master’s seminar on long-term health behaviour change. Exciting times ahead! #conference #healthpsychology
