🚀 Excited to share the progress on our partnership with Naknek Electric Association (NEA)! EPS and EPC have been key contributors to developing and optimizing NEA’s power system, which serves Naknek, South Naknek, and King Salmon. Key highlights: 🔹 Delivered a 6.6 MW diesel power plant to support peak salmon season demands. 🔹 Collaborating on a 2 MW/2.75 MWh BESS system for improved efficiency and future renewable integration. 🔹 Designed a shovel-ready 1 MW solar array, with grant applications submitted for 3 MW of wind and 2 MW of additional solar. 🔹 Developed control systems for NEA’s power plants and continue to provide annual operational support. It’s rewarding to contribute to projects that enhance energy efficiency and integrate renewable resources in Alaska. 🌱⚡ #Alaska #EnergyInnovation #Microgrids #RenewableEnergy #SustainableFuture #AlaskaEnergy #RuralAlaskaPower #SustainableAlaska #AlaskaMicrogrids #EnergyForAlaska #ArcticInnovation #AlaskaSustainability #PoweringAlaska #AlaskaProjects #ElectricalEngineering #Engineering
