It may be Dry January, but we know teens and families struggle with substance use. In fact, more than 20% of teens ages 14 to 15 reported having at least one drink in their lifetime, according to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health. While self-medicating with alcohol or other substances may seem like an easy out from your struggles, it can quickly snowball into an uncontrollable addiction.
