We had an amazing journey this year implementing Arcadis Onboarding Program across 22 countries. The achievement is a result of the teamwork of the project team and local people teams. A lot of sessions, discussions about harmonizing processes (sometimes straggling sometimes laughing) and we gained valuable insights about local processes, the Enboarder platform. We engaged with great people team members in the local community. Believe I could say we are not just colleagues, but friends and this project strengthen our relationships so that we can build on in future. I am truly grateful for this opportunity and proud of this Arcadis People Team.
