  • This Christmas season, we celebrate the powerful gift of connection—the kind that restores hope, sparks healing, and brings us closer together. To all those on the front lines, helping others rediscover the warmth of belonging and the strength of grace, your work is a true gift. You are the hands that offer comfort, the hearts that make others feel seen, cherished, and loved in ways that change the world. May your holidays be filled with the joy and fulfillment that come from knowing the profound impact you are having by "strengthening the feeble knees, and lifting up the hands that hang low." From all of us at Encyrcle, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy Holidays.

18 months ago, I set out on a journey. I knew I wanted something, but completely unsure what that something was. I had grappled with grad school over the years, but never sure when the "right time" would come. Then, as time passed, I thought it was too late for me. And then, at this crossroads, I decided I wanted to see myself through with it... I wanted to show my daughters it's never too late... that we can always step outside our comfort zone... that we can be brave and do hard things. But, oh boy, I didn't know what hard things were ahead. Since taking that leap, I parted ways with my job of 13 years, I left AND started another job, I sadly lost my mom unexpectedly, and I spent A LOT of time working during the day and studying nearly every night. But, I did it. I finished. And now, for the first time (and twenty years after completing my undergrad), I can sign off as... Neena Wilcox, Executive M.B.A. 🥰 P.S. Just this week, I also moved into a new role as Head of Customer Success with an amazing company and an even more amazing team of folks who are doing so much good helping to connect this industry in ways I never could have imagined. What a year and half it has been. Thank you to everyone who has been patient with me, not taken offense when I didn't respond to messages, cheered me on, loved on me, and are always there to remind me just who I am.
