Congrats to Janeesha, who was recently promoted from Events Manager to Director of Leadership and Capacity Building! 💫 Janeesha has already done so much for Equality Federation to grow our Leadership Conference, create impactful spaces for our Black Caucus, and facilitate continued work toward racial equity across the organization. In her new role, Janeesha will design and sustain programs to build power in our network through strong, resilient, and adaptive leaders in sustainable organizations. She will also move into content lead for our annual Leadership Conference to meet the needs of our movement and members. We will continue to advocate for full equality and liberation for all of us, without exception, because we know the greatest opportunities to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ people will continue to be in the states—where the work is hard, but the impact is great.
