With over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, Lindsay brings a wealth of expertise in innovation, project management, marketing, IT, retail banking, and more. During her time at Extraco, she has made a significant impact by leading key initiatives in facilities management, business process improvement, project management, and the development and management of our digital delivery channels. We are thrilled to see the amazing work Lindsay will achieve in her new role while also continuing to lead as President of Extraco Consulting and Executive Managing Director of Extraco Technology. We are thrilled to announce that Misti Mostiller has been promoted to Chief Consumer Banking Officer at Extraco Banks! Misti brings over 20 years of outstanding experience in banking, customer service, and leadership. She has led groundbreaking initiatives in bank transformation, payment innovation, digital channels, and omnichannel strategies, establishing herself as a true leader in the industry. Notably, Misti pioneered the universal banking methodology, setting a new standard for customer service and redefining industry best practices. Misti’s vision and dedication have also been instrumental in creating our call center and developing training programs for our retail teams, ensuring consistent, top-tier service for our customers.
