As Forbes shared, the Hermès Birkin is a “globally recognized emblem of status and wealth.” But how much power does the Birkin actually hold? It's less than VC investing, that's for sure. We've been talking to women about what's better than a Birkin (or a Wirkin) and it's investing. Many women are told to save until they can afford the luxury items and hardly ever focus on investing. So it's important to have these conversations about redirecting wealth from luxury goods to impact investments because there is not much and it's been a game-changer.
