Join us tomorrow, October 23rd at 3PM ET, for the Forward for Families virtual rally!   We’re excited to highlight 11 incredible prevention partners coming together to host this important event:   Prevent Child Abuse America, Think of Us, Child Welfare League of America, Foster America, Children's Defense Fund, American Bar Association, GFEP Family Equity, Generations United, Youth Law Center, National Association of Counsel for Children, Casey Family Programs, and Alliance for Children and Families, Inc.   Together, we will discuss groundbreaking new Protecting America’s Children by Strengthening Families Act (H.R. 9076) which passed in the U.S. House with bipartisan support.   This bill would reauthorize Title IV-B of the Social Security Act and: - Increase investments in family preservation and support programs. - Center lived expertise by requiring input from youth, parents, and caregivers in child welfare plans. - Prevent children from entering foster care due to poverty by allowing states to provide flexible support for basic needs.
